THE BEST CORSETS ON THE PLANET...AND WHY THAT IS.....

I am an LA based photographer who was shooting fetish back in 1996,and back then there were only 5 fetish photographers on the planet. Two in LA, two in NEw York and one in Europe. Id have art gallery shows back then and people would come to these shows and say "what are those things with the laces on them?" and "why are those shoes so high?" Back then no one knew anything about fetish at all. Now fetish is pretty much mainstream. So, in my fetish dealings, which have been extensive & lengthy, I have found the very best corsets on the planet are made by Isabella. I will post some photos here of some of her corsets so you can see for yourself. She handmakes all of them, with love, and she puts beautiful ribbons in the lacing instead of that horrendous string some people use. I use her corsets in my photographs because of their beauty and how well made they are. I will post some of her corsets in photos ive done here in the photos section so you can see them. Can anyone help me find a particular corset formerly made by Stormy Leather? The style is called "Collette" and I loved it because it was black with red leather ruffles around the neckline and across the bottom. I am dying to get hold of it - either new or used - in size small or medium. Thanks.

This summer I took a lone trip to Europe to promote the business, low key to boutiques and such in Berlin and Zurich. It was quite fabulous and I came home with many interesting connections. Last November we went to Nicaragua to train a fair wage, fair trade womens cooperative to produce our current line of clothing. It was outrageous and amazing!!
Single mom, currently have a very broken leg due to a love of motocross, but still having quite a good time. Thats it in a quick nutshell!

2004 DVD of Dark Garden Dickens Windows

In November and December of 2004, Dark Garden, (http://darkgarden.com), makers of beautiful fetish and bridal corsets for both men and women, participated in the Dickens Christmas Fair, (http://dickensfair.com), with a booth, an extension of their San Francisco retail store into Charles Dickens' London. Outside the front of the booth are two lovely windows in which fabulous models showcase beautiful Dark Garden creations.

The primary purpose of these windows is to show corsets and to draw attention to the retail booth. While this can be done simply enough just by standing in the window, many models go to some lengths to produce entertaining scenarios or beautiful tableaux.

As one of the official, Dark Garden sponsored photographers, I've been documenting these windows for several years now and I've produced a playable DVD of my work from 2004. This is a DVD-R suitable for play in most household DVD players. It contains slide shows of over 2000 shots of the windows, the models, and the corsets.

hey,
i'm getting married, and like everything i do i'm trying to kill two birds with one stone. i need a corset for my burlesque dancing, and i would love to wear one at the wedding. I'm scottish and really want to wear my kilt. It's a long female kilt (it goes to my ankles) it's purple and green (nice and feminine), i'm wondering what style of corset would go well with a kilt????
